Calls can range from a report of loud noise, to the need for an accident or theft report, to an alarm activation, to reports of suspicious activity, and may include more serious incidents. Our officers understand that the perception of what constitutes an emergency varies among the citizens that call 911. In addition, employees at the Onondaga County 911 Center are trained to prioritize all 911 calls and dispatch them accordingly to the officers patrolling your community. Our website and social media accounts are not monitored 24/7.
