We understand that perceptions of what constitutes an emergency varies among the citizens that call 911. Do not worry about judging the severity of your call. The staff at the Onondaga County 911 Center are trained and equipped to prioritize all 911 calls and dispatch them appropriately to the officers patrolling your community.
